Saint and Noire have been appointed to project manage, design, and procure another luxurious villa; working closely and collaboratively with the client to create a minimal and striking family home, for work, leisure, and pure relaxation in an exquisite coastal marina of the Cayman Islands. Inspired by the Bauhaus* avant-garde of the 20th century modernism, influential - from the iconic Mies Van Der Rohe classic armchairs, low lounge chairs and stripped soft furnishings to contemporary spotlighting, the design concept offers a truly compelling futuristic residential abode. Industrial textures of wood, steel, metal and marble with clean lines, paintings, sculptures, elevate the muted grey, black, brown, and white accent color palette - whilst a pop of colorful sheers and chrome trimmings, contrasts elegantly well with geometric shapes and modern aesthetics Bespoke elements from an exquisite piano and pool table - which transcends into a dining table and staple furniture from master craft makers Knoll and Minotti, wonderfully reflect the luxury innovative living vision, desired by the client.
