A modern yet traditional open plan kitchen and living contrasting design concept for an apartment refurbishment in the French Riviera of Côte d’ Azur in France. Located in one of the most prestigious coastal areas of residence in Monaco, valued in the region of 7,5oo, ooo Euros. The client’s desire was fulfilled for minimalism and classic period decor with refined luxury furnishings which complimented the given architecture. The use of fine materials such as Ebony, Mahogany with ‘Murano’ glass accessories, created an allure of stillness and grandeur in the predominately white living space. The use of ‘Black Truffle Matt Lacquer’ made a bold underestimated statement in the kitchen, paired with St Laurent marble worktops, Brass trims and fine Italian craftsmanship. Premium Miele appliances were effortlessly integrated with pocket doors to “slide and hide”.
