MARSHALS DRIVE | St. Albans

A 1930’s period villa renovation in the rural city of St. Albans, Hertfordshire, in sought after Marshals Drive. For the lavish home, design concepts were commissioned on behalf of the client for the ground floor, entrance, kitchen, living room, bespoke staircases, and exterior facade. In the remodelling of the residence, ‘Critall’ windows were installed in the interiors, which allow cleverly partition of open areas to create different zones, without compromising on light or space. Traditional classic ‘Shaker’ kitchen doors were emancipated from fine concrete, to present a re-imagined modern living space together with translucent Carrara marble Pocket doors and furnished with light-enhancing pieces for a contemporary and elegant finish.
